This voucher provides you with 3 holiday choices, all you have to do is decide which one is best for you and follow the instructions. When your holiday request form has been received and processed and any relevant payments have cleared, a booking agent will write to you with your holiday offer.

Choice 1

This choice allows the recipient to claim a 7 day, self catering holiday to a Mediterranean resort including return flights and 3 star accommodation. Please note that this choice does not include taxes, currently £34. This choice is only applicable for single travellers, so if you wish to travel in a party of 2 or more people please take a look at the other 3 choices.

To take up this choice just complete the holiday request form and send it to us within 14 days of the date of issue. We recommend that you send it by Special Delivery as you will not receive a confirmation of receipt.

Once we have received and processed your application we will write to notify you of your holiday destination, date and departure airport. Your holiday is provided on the basis of cost effective ticket availability which normally occurs around 2 - 3 weeks prior to the departure date of the holiday. Therefore, we cannot advise you of the date of travel until we have been notified of this availability.

All applications are processed in the order they are received. We attempt to offer holidays as soon as possible but this is subject to availability. You may receive an offer within a few weeks or up to a
maximum of 18 months from registration. So please be patient.

When you receive your holiday offer, you will need to confirm your acceptance within 4 working days by Special Delivery. This is because your holiday will not be confirmed until we have received your confirmation, as availability can change on a daily basis. In the unlikely event that the holiday is no longer available by the time we receive your confirmation, you will be re-offered at a later date.

This choice provides up to 6 people with the opportunity to enjoy a
complimentary 7 day self catering holiday including return flights and 3 star or higher accommodation to either Spain, the Canaries, the Balearics, Turkey, Greece or Cyprus. You pay a £39 processing fee per person at the time of registration.

How to take up choice 2

Simply complete the holiday request form, including your 4 preferred dates of travel, only one of which can be during school holiday periods. In order to allow sufficient time for processing, please make the first date a minimum of 3 months from the date of issue and the remaining dates at least 12 weeks apart. All dates must be within a maximum period of 18 months from the date of issue. Then send the completed form to us along with the processing fee of £39 per person to arrive no later than 21 days
from the date of issue. We recommend that you send this by special or recorded delivery as you will not receive a confirmation of receipt.

Once you have registered, you will receive notification of your date of travel, UK departure airport and destination. You will receive this at least 14 to 90 days prior to departure. You must confirm your acceptance by Special Delivery within 4 days of the receipt of the offer. Should you find this initial holiday offer inconvenient, you will be offered an alternative discounted holiday package.
Preferred dates and destinations are for statistical information only as the holiday is subject to cost effective ticket availability, therefore you may be offered a date and destination other than those you have chosen. It is not possible to advise you of the date you will travel until the tickets become available to us.

Choice 3

This choice provides between 2 and 4 people with the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary 3 day, 2 night City Break including return flights and 3 star accommodation to either Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris or Prague. You pay a £39 processing fee per person at the time of registration.

How to take up choice 3

Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they apply to all holiday offers and cannot be altered under any circumstances.

1. This voucher is not transferable in whole or part and may only be used by the recipient once. The voucher cannot be sold or bartered as this will invalidate the voucher. 2. All children over the age of 2 on their return to the UK are considered an adult passenger. Any infants under the age of 2 on their return to the UK will be subject to a £40 ticketing fee. Our airline regulations stipulate that any infant travelling will be seated with an adult over the age of 16 years. 3. You must provide evidence of comprehensive travel insurance at time of booking. 4. All flights depart from UK airports and incur an Air Passenger Duty Tax which will be payable upon confirmation of your holiday offer currently £34 per person for European destinations. A portion of this charge is a Government Tax and cannot be waived under any circumstances. A fuel surcharge and a 'luggage in hold' charge may also be payable if charged by the airlines at the time of holiday offer. 5. Whoopydoo and its agents do and will continue to persevere to give optimum services by selecting and contracting high-quality resorts, agents and suppliers for their standard and credibility. We reserve the right with or without notice to add, withdraw or substitute
these. 6. Insufficient or non-payment of applicable fees or other moneys by either the issuing Agent or participant will automatically invalidate the contents of the offer. Also, any misrepresentation, fraudulent attempts made to avail this offer or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions mentioned herein, will automatically invalidate the contents of the offer and absolve Whoopydoo of all responsibility to that participant. 7. The cash value of this voucher is 0.01p and apart from that this voucher and any unused portions
of this voucher have no alternative cash value. All vouchers must be dated at the time of issue by the sponsor’s representative. 8. This travel offer is not for retail sale to the end user or gifted in conjunction with other itineraries or offers or bartering or given in exchange. All parties involved in the distribution and handling of Whoopydoo vouchers are not allowed to participate in this programme. 9. Whoopydoo and its agents do not accept responsibility for any damages, loss, delays, injuries/deaths, accidents or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences and conditions beyond their control including but not limited to, act of God, nature, mechanical failure, sickness, strikes, local customs, law and politics during registered clients’ participation in the holiday offer. 10. Delay in delivery of notification caused by delay in receipt caused by absence from home and/or non-acceptance of the holiday for any reason and/or non-fulfilment of the acceptance procedure, will absolve Whoopydoo of further responsibility in fulfilling the promotional holiday offer. The promotional holiday is offered once only and is non-negotiable. 11. Please be advised that the promotional holiday offer is subject to availability and works on a first-come, first served basis and in the unlikely event of over subscription clients will be offered an alternative date. 12. All processing fees are non-refundable except where Whoopydoo fails to offer a holiday within the terms and conditions contained herein. 13. All application forms must be received within the specified number of days of the date of issue of the voucher. These are listed for each option. Failure to comply with this clause will invalidate the option. No claims will be accepted after 30/4/09. 14. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they hold a full, valid passport and have obtained any necessary visas prior to acceptance of their holiday. 15. Whoopydoo or its agents may require a refundable deposit at the time of confirmation for holidays taken under choices 1, 2 or 3. This will only be cashed in the event of the customer failing to travel, for whatever reason, once the holiday has been confirmed. 16. Whoopydoo cannot be held responsible for the suitability or otherwise of any holiday taken. 17.
